Amber received her B.A., summa cum laude, in journalism with minors in French and history from Howard University and her M.A. in communication from the University of Pennsylvania. She honed her editorial talents as beauty and accessories editor of UPTOWN magazine and as content producer for nationally syndicated advice columnist and lifestyle author Harriette Cole.
She wields her knowledge of the media landscape as a publicist for entrepreneurs, academics, and nonprofit organizations.
